		<description>Email bridging as a habit would be the best improvement to email communication since the keyboard!  A no-response to a personal email feels  like calling someone over the phone and him or her simply hanging up after  hearing your comments.  

Another piece of advice I would have is to wait a day before sending what you have written.  Re-reading a text 24 hours later helps you see it the way your correspondent will read it in terms of tone.</description>
